Works Cited is in review! This new app helps you with your bibliographies! Here's the description:

Have you ever thought you finished a paper, only to remember that you still have to write the bibliography? Almost everyone who has gone through high school knows the pain of finding all the proper formatting rules for the citations in a bibliography. Don't sweat, because Works Cited is an app that will make the citations and the bibliographies for you!

This app supports the guidelines set by MLA 7, APA 6, and the Chicago Manual of Style. It has citation creators for Books, Websites, Newspapers, Magazines, Online Databases, and more! You can even create bibliographies to hold these citations, and when you're done you can e-mail the bibliography to yourself! Or you can e-mail just one citation if needed. Just supply the information and the app will do the rest!

This is the perfect app for making papers a streamlined and stress-free task (well, it doesn't really eliminate the stress of actually WRITING the paper, but at least the bibliography is taken care of).

Hopefully it will be approved quickly. You'll know as soon as I know!

The Special Relativity Calculator has been released on the iTunes App Store! Just search "relativity" and the application is temporarily named "The Special Relativity Calculator". You can also try this link, but it may not work right away. Here is the description of the app:

This is the app that many physics students and physicists have been waiting for! The Special Relativity Calculator is a powerful app containing 11 sub-calculators for many types of Special Relativity physics calculations.

The theory of Special Relativity deals with the bending of spacetime (or space-time) as observers' velocities approach the speed of light. Through this theory, time travel into the future is possible!

These calculators allow users to solve for many different variables, such as Sync Time, the Relativistic Factor (aka Gamma), and Lorentz Transformations. Each sub-calculator contains an info view that supplies information about the answer the user receives and the variables used in the calculation. Furthermore, each sub-calculator shows the equation used for each calculation!

Even though the theory of Special Relativity is complex and slightly difficult to understand, beginners will find this app easy to use. This app is easy to understand because it is explains every calculation for a great learning experience! It is also extremely interesting and lots of fun to see how much time changes (as well as length contraction and velocity dilation). This is a must-have calculator app that both budding and veteran physicists will enjoy!
